Join a growing professional services organization where recruitment takes a more strategic role. You will lead the full cycle, structure processes, and develop attraction (including university recruitment).

Responsibilities — deliver strong hires and structure attraction

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for administrative, accounting, and legal positions, from opening the mandate to the offer.
  • Advise associates and managers on the desired profiles, attraction strategies, and hiring decisions, with a business partner approach.
  • Deploy proactive attraction strategies by building and managing talent pools (advanced LinkedIn sourcing and other platforms, targeted headhunting).
  • Lead and coordinate activities related to the internship race and university recruitment (planning, selection, evaluation, follow-ups).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, law faculties, student associations, and recruitment partners.
  • Represent the organization at recruitment and networking events to increase visibility and feed the pipeline.
  • Standardize candidate communications and postings, ensure job updates, and track performance indicators to improve the candidate experience.

  • Hold a university degree in human resources, administration, or a related field.
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting professional profiles and familiarity with an ATS as well as recruitment KPIs.
  • Master sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, and manage multiple mandates simultaneously with rigor.
  • Communicate fluently in French and English; bilingualism is mandatory.
  • Demonstrate autonomy, good judgment, and organizational skills, including the ability to constructively challenge managers.

Conditions — what the position offers you on a daily basis

  • Flexibility: possible accommodations for personal emergencies.
  • Vacation: 4 weeks from the start date.
  • Benefits: comprehensive group insurance, employee assistance program, telemedicine.
  • Environment: friendly and dynamic work atmosphere; new office in a bright and spacious area.
  • Development: career progression tailored to ambitions; involvement in structuring projects in talent acquisition with a direct impact on candidate experience, employer branding, and growth.

Assets — to accelerate your impact

  • Have experience in professional services or in a legal environment.
  • Have previously contributed to an internship race or university recruitment.

If you are looking for a role where execution matters as much as influence and structuring, this position will allow you to leave a concrete mark on attraction and recruitment.
